chickity china the chinese chicken that. I will never pay that price for a wakeskate........ever. I suggest the new bi level. Its not even $200 bucks and i bet it kills the SST

composites are more expensive, they cost a lot to make and you are getting your moneys worth out of it because it lasts for a really long time.

i hate how the industry is slowly raising their prices, i remember when 250 was almost unheard of for a skate.

yea but the sst is only half a composite. Doesnt count.

VinceWhiteman, yeah only the top deck is composite the bottom will probably delam since its wood.............they need an all composite bi level.

I guess there are only 40-ish SSTs with the stripe graphic, or the 07 version of it. I don't know if that has anything to do with the high price...it seems odd...but I don't think the SST was supposed to sell for 350.00 otherwise. I could definitely be wrong though.

I'm guessing this is due to supply and demand. There's only 30 of them available till 08, so there's bound to be people who are willing to pay more for it.
