If i was hyperlite i'd kick your ass off the sponsor list for not knowing about the products.

dylbag, i've ridden both the 2.0 and the vinyl this season. they are both sick boards, which both gives a lot of pop and hold up really well. the vinyl is awesome on w2w stuff cause the edges of the board are sharp and when you put on an edge it edges like if it was on a railroad track. the pop is better on the vinyl than on the 2.0. it has more concave so the board really sticks to your feet when you do wake to wake tricks. i love it for tech stuff to. it spins and flips really controlled and the ferrari red color makes it easy to spot under you Laughing

i'd go for the vinyl if i was you. dont get me wrong the 2.0 is sick to.

ive ridden the legacy, the vinyl and the 2.0, ive ridden almost everyboard hyperlite makes.

The vinyl is hands down better for w2w than the 2.0 or legacy, it also hands down has the most pop and to me was the most consistent. Also i felt the legacy did shuvs a little easier than the rest of the boards but was also the most inconsistent (easy to throw but very unconsistent in how it rotated or popped). The vinyl was the most consistent in shuvs once you figure out the foot placement.

To me the vinyl was the best all around most consistent board plus it had the most pop.

brassmonkey, dyl does know the products, he has just not ridden the vinyl, and this country of ours is way behind you guys in the states, our companies don't let use demo boards since they have to still bring in the vinyl's, they won't bring one in just so he can try it, he has to tell them what board he wants then they give it to him...

and dyl got sponsered for wakeboarding and wakeskating, and he rips at both, but only recently started competing on the skate.

and the company that sponsers him is Waterworld, they are the South African Distributors of SEA-DOO, Supra and Hyperlite, they have let us borrow their SEA-DOO's just for the weekend to ride, no strings attached, they Rock Birthday
