what do you have to have/eat/listen to before or after you ride.....in other words wakeskating adventures always end like this for mevvvvvv

I drink a monster, EVERY time before i ride and usually throw a bag of cool ranch doritos in the ski. When i get it, the Skoal goes in.

red bull (12oz) then as soon as i am done with my set a fresh roasty, then a nice camel light (kids smoking is awful and unlawful), cant fit much on the ski but a bag of jalepeno cheeder cheetos is tough to beat
