PVC rail help!

I have tons of big pvc pipe at my house and want to make a floating rail. What would be the best thing to float it on. And the best rail.

I was thinking the 55 gal. barrels but not shure.

help would be nice

Yeah they work but they are really unstable. The thing will flop around alot, unless you anchor it somehow. The pvc pipe slides nice though.

alright i was gunna anchor it. i just have to get some of those unless someone elese has another way to float it
