Yeah, but no one really answered how to do it. I sent sleucrew a pm and never got a reply. I've tried riding at 23 and the board rides a lot better. But if that is not an option, you may just have to take your chances and look at the pics. The last thread was Omen Riders Help!

if the edges come sharp i would soften the edges with sand paper in the middle so you dont catch on lip tricks

Yeah, the faster the better. I also took the fins off that they put on it. That was slowing it down too. Plus I'm used to riding finless.

88skisupreme, thanks for the post. Sleu put that up in the old thread too. My question is whether the top white sheet is considered part of the core, or whether I sand down that and the rail.

t-Rex, yeah let me know. I don't have a boat or anything, and I'm not a great rider, but I love to get out there.

Well the rail starts a little under the top sheet. I'm not sure how you would sharpen the rail downward without shaving a little off the top sheet.

it's cool man, i'll have my winch and i'm not any good either. i can shuv, and some other small stuff. but i just love to get on the skate and have fun.

fletch if you look on the bottom of your omen, you can see the red rails thru the bottom "dura surf", and from that you can tell how far you've got to re-shape.

i think Rolling Eyes

That's what I thought too, but I hate to mess up the top sheet. I'm going to leave it like it is for a while since I like the way it rides right now.

Yeah, let me know how it goes. I probably will at some point, but I want to get an electric sander or something.
