hey im putting fins on tomorrow and tryin that out and when i do boardslides will i be able to do them as easy as i done them with out fins just wondering because i want to put fins on but i still want to be able to do board slides oh im talking about in the flats not on the wake thanks

depends on what fins, but normaly you can feel them but they dont do to muck for butterslides.

well the fins are a liquid force i dont know it came with the board its about 1" or 1 1/2" high so i wasnt sure if that would effect it but alright thanks

If they're plastic then you can sand them down to like .8 or smaller...if they're metal (aluminum most likely) then you'll either have to get a metal file or find someone with a grinder.

Otherwise when you do the boardslide, just lean back a little bit more, and just kick it out harder. With fins you won't be able to just shift your weight and do a boardslide, you'll have to actually force the board sideways with your legs. It's not very hard, just takes a little determination. Wink

i have liquid force fins on my board, it adds resistence, but you can stil butterslide, just make sure to keep the pressure on your heels,

alright and also last time i went out and i can sort of edge out into the flats but it takes me awhile to get out there will the fins help alot or do i need to learn to edge better because i and edge just fine on my wakeboard but not on the wakeskate
