skate grip on wakeskate??

My 07 byerly legacy's grip tape came off with the paint on the top of the deck. so I regripped it using regular skate grip. It seems to be holding up real well. anyone ever use reguar skate grip????

never tried, but when my skate board would get wet, (if i skated in the rain) the grip was still decent....

Skate grip's basically what's used on wakeskates... Just a matter of where the board company got the grip from.

doubleg, actually, yes. jessup grip tape is what most of the skates have on them, and that's the same stuff that most skateboards have too.

rfmcrx, Yes. Almost everyone on this site uses or has used "regular skate grip."

jessup is all we use on our boards. you can order it in 16 in rolls. we are also selling 16x44 in. sheets on newwakeskates.com. but jesus is good too! Very Happy
