man that sucks what happen to the lake last time i checked it was down like 6 ft and that was like last week i drive by thier every week on my way to lake burton

Yeah from what i hear they had a faulty valve or something on the dam so it drained a dookload of water. Sucks. There are beaches everywhere now. lol. But yeah i ride Lanier, when are you "coming up"?

ride malibue cove or shoal creak
those are the smothest waters i know of on the south tip near the dam

i am about 15min away from that lake and imo i absolutley hate it! there are so many huge boats and so many people but i probably just don't knwo the "secret spots". I ride up at lake hartwell on the border of south carolina and Georgia and i love it up there! it is probably another good hour away from lake lanier.
