hey my board shot out after a w2w and i ride the canals and we all know what the board smashes into if it shoots out in a canal,

heres some pics of what the rocks did to it, whats the best repair for this so water doesn't kill it

use gorilla glue on it but use it sparingly cuz it tends to expand. or go with marine epoxy glue. u can get that stuff all at the home depot, lowes, or any hardware store. Cool

my success has been beaten up random mishaps and marine varnish does the trick. it hasnt taken any water and it never delamed in the spots. the decks are so solid.

Has anyone ever used sun cure on anything like that? Just curious as to how it works/holds up on wood..

i dont get why u would use any kind of glue...theres nothing to glue all you need to do is water proof it so it doesnt warp

I would say epoxy aswell.....or you can fill it up with 2 component polyester filler....the stuf they use for cars....after that sand it down and varnish.
