LiquidForce71 your an idiot. this years Drew is soooo much better than last years skate, its not even funny! The feel on top is so much better, the way it spins and flips is just amazing. One thing i would say though is replace the grip with some real grip and if you ride finless make sure you put some wax down those holes otherwise you will see the affect after one go! _________________ www.neverride.com

What do you mean put wax in the holes. I plan to ride my 07 McGuckin finless this year. What will happen if I don't melt wax in the holes. _________________

i think he is talking about the water going through the holes and pushing the griptape off your board _________________ l_o/------------------------<l |

hes saying water will shoot through the holes. Are the holes for the noseslide fins drilled all the way through or only half? If its only half i wouldnt worry about it. _________________ Some people make birdhouses, some people knit sweaters. I star in high-quality pornographic films. To each his own... |

definately a great board (not as good as the pro model though) and just poke holes in the grip and dont be a sissy plus if you get hot while riding you can just lean back and get a nice refreshing spray of water in yo face oh and if you get a newer one it probably wont have the clear grip but it might have black grip that is a whole lot better fyi |

i think the wax is to keep it from getting water logged...but yea it is pretty much the same board as last year with a few minor tweaks. |

If you dont put wax in the holes you will notice vertical bumps running the length of the board after about the first 5 minutes of your ride. Basically they seal the boards and then drill the holes for all the fin setups, if you buy one and dont do it you will know what i mean. It has happened to my McGucken, my mates savannah and my mates "pro model". If you are planning on riding with fins (and there is no way you will ride with a 6fin setup) then make sure you at least put some sealer down there first.
The board is a completely different shape compared to last years skate, the urban is the same shape as last years McGucken, go to a shop and check out the shapes, its the only real way of finding out for yourselves to understand the 2 skates _________________ www.neverride.com

this year's board is sick, it's the closest thing i've seen to the Mk2 4-Trac (best wakeskate ever), i wish it came in a 42 though.
"hes saying water will shoot through the holes"....thats funny
