I bought a cheap rope and of coarse it didn't last, so I'm in the market for a new one. I'm looking something that isn't expensive but a good quality that will last, any suggestions?

Bulletlines is a good choice. A little pricey but it will last forever and it glows in the dark
http://www.bulletlines.com/winch-rope-1000.htm
Comes in 600' or 1000' and is really strong and doesn't tangle that easily.
By the way, I don't work for them. I just really like their rope

I've been thinking about it and it is probably smarter to get the bulletline. It will probably end up saving me money in the long run

Yea thats what I wass getting at. The Diameter of the new bulletline is 4.3 mm and I doubt you'll get 600 ft on there. Unless those pics are missleading you might want to think about gettting larger sidwalls.

Price.Dan - Hey, I think your going to need a larger spool if your looking to do Bullet Line. We use 15" spool 7" wide, and 6.5" I.d. And it holds 1200' of Bullet, if your looking to do 600 your going to need something like 12" o.d. 6" wide and 6" i.d. Here is the spool we use, notice how much larger the actual spooling portion is.

PimpWinchingSystems, that's a pimp spool man. My walls are 12 inches, the inside diameter is 8 inches and the distance between is 6.25 inches. I have been using the spool calculator here:
http://www.timbercon.com/Spools-and-Reels-Calculator/index.html
I am getting 600 ft. of Bullet Line and it should fit on my spool or at least I hope so. By that spool calculator it should fit 2345 feet of rope if it is perfectly wound right but that won't happen. My rope should be here tomorrow and then ill have to see if it fits and if not i might have to go with the bigger sidewalls, but lets hope not because those damn cutting disks are a b*tch to drill through not to mention they eat bits like nothin.
