yes...blowing really loud train horns off at people in close proximity startles them.

I think if they did that to me, I would throw a rock through their window. And, that would be funny.

search button,

How bout you go climb back underneath your rock. You have a huge sense of humor. Rolling Eyes

I wish I knew were you'd live so you could try to throw a rock at my windshield when I blast my horn at you. Prolly can't throw that high.

Go post your negitive comments samewhere else, not here.

nopulseimpulse,

The fact that I don't think it's funny is not a personal attack on you. I don't think I lack a sense of humor because I don't think that's funny. I just think there's funnier things than scaring people. I live in Hemlock, MI. I can throw rocks pretty high. And wasn't your comment kind of negative?

Blowing off insanely loud train horns in people's direction from <50 feet away isn't funny in the same way that punching someone in the back of the head doesn't make you tough. Rolling Eyes

OF COURSE they're gonna react, you idiots! It's a friggin TRAIN HORN! They don't expect it, they don't know where it's coming from, and they don't know what the sound means given their context.

And yes, if some punks did that sht to me and there was a rock nearby I'd do my very best to give them a present. Not funny.

i saw something like that happen a few months ago. some idiots in a big ass lifted truck blasted their train horn at a couple of skateboarders(maybe 13 yrs old) and scared the hell out of them. one kid gets off his board and thows it right at the truck not only denting the hell out of the side but leaving a large scratch in the paint too. the kid runs over to grab his board and skates away. i felt honored to see such justice.

You people over react over a stupid train horn.

Its not over reacting when when I beat the FVCH outta of someone if they dent or scratch my ride while I watch them do it. (unless they are minors-not cool) Smash

nopulseimpulse, when you honk your horn at somebody you are looking for a reaction. when those guys honked their horn at the skaters they sure as hell got a reaction. the skaters werent expecting the train horn, the guys in the truck werent expecting the flying skateboard. it seems quite fair to me...
