Hey for those of u how know of the company ronix do u think that they will start getting into wakeskates later on or stay to wakeboarding? any ideas?

As of now there are no plans to release a wakeskate lineup. Strictly wakeboards for the time being.

I haven't heard of any plans to make skates. Paul O'brien and Brian Gardner will be at the nor-cal boat show comin up soon so I'll find out for sure.

i hope they dont get into wakeskating because it would be nice if wakeboard companies and wakeskate companies stayed apart, nothing against ronix though.

Drew is pretty amazing, I'm just full of sass. It was pretty retarded to see his little line in person at nationals...it was like something you'd see in a video (or stuff I had seen in videos). It was like a wake to wake shuv, wake to wake body varial and a wake to wake benihana (not necessarily in that order). Whatever it was, it was pretty surreal.

yes. can we start a Drew picture thread? Actually scratch that idea, lets just make it its own forum in the index. perfect. Administrators, anyone down? It'll just be like "General Wakeskating, Skateboarding, Music, Non-wakeskating, Drew McGuckin Pictures, Technology, etc." haha

that picture? It's a shot I took at the nationals from this past august. It's pretty grainy because I was filming at the same time, so the resolution isn't all that sweet. But yeah, he killed it that round...again, it was pretty surreal.

honestly. He had a little write up on the latest alliance in what he did to his wakeskate and it was kind of funny (whether he wanted it to be or not, but of course, it's not funny in a bad way).

And his concave for this upcoming season has that beautiful pattern on the top deck (the way a wood concave looks when it's not stained or anything), so I guess his board will be sent out with clear grip tape.
