Who are these guys

Hey can you guess who these guys are? They have not commited to go on the bus trip, I had my tattoo guy draw this up and he got these faces out of an alliance mag..

I have no idea who the characters are. If I had to guess, I would say it is Thomas driving and Hampson or Reed in the passenger seat.

it looks like reed in the drivers and hampson in passenger, or horell and hampson but it could be clark hill driving and roland lugo in the passenger seat.
