i<3wksk8, when my brother had to replace the engine in his he bought the service manual, it has diagrams and shyt, i doubt it will be very easy without one so check out getting one of the those manuals for your make and model pwc it should help quite a bit. you can buy individual cylinders for some so likebrianl289, said it would prolly be easier to rebuild the old one, just go ask your local dealer that were youll have to order the special parts anyway _________________ F.T.D.S |

i can install probably 5 maybe 6 motors in a 8 hour period pretty easily, Have someone there to help you, make sure you have the Exhast off otherwise theres no way in hellyour going to get it in or out, Whne your setting the new motor into the Hull, Straddle where the seat goes with your ass against the handlebars, then lower the motor in that way with a friend standing at the rear of the ski helping you out as much as possible......, Its not that hard....... actually its not hard at all, as long as you have all the tools and you just DO it...... _________________
