When I heard King Cobb Steelie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Cobb_Steelie on Fuel TV on Sunday, I was certain that they (PULL/FUEL) have the BEST taste in music of any TV channel.....

I have heard from numerous other folks that feel PULL's choice of music is top-notch also, so I'm not the only one....and when I say top-notch, I really mean second-to-none.

jonnyUTAH, I have to agree. I love the laid back mellow feel. Dont get me wrong, I love metal and all that kinda crazy stuff, but its nice to watch it and not have some A-Hole screaming at the top of his lungs. I bet ole T. Dopp has something to do with the tunes they play.

Oh Yes……that is correct my friends.

As I was growing up, I used to be fond of all the Dave Hattchett (Standard Films) TB series snowboard movies. I enjoyed them, but I couldn’t help but notice how Dave’s lame choice of music never complemented the riding.

Since then, I’ve noticed how much solid music can elevate/destroy a good movie part. It takes time.

I had always admired
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spike_Jonze but it wasn't until he included "Murderer" by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Frusciante in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yeah_Right that I knew that he understood the importance of carefully_chosen music..........

jonnyUTAH, I think the way Thomas H chose the music to the Cassette films has helped making wakeskating a whole concept that really is "its own thing". I really like how he's been trying to brain wash us all with his own personal taste in music. Twisted Evil But perhaps that's because I've been into indie rock since before Danny H was born... My views would probably have been different if Thomas' taste in music was trance techno or black metal or something else that I'm not very into...

warlock, I saw that the other night, I flipped it on to see swollen members but was even more pleased to see ray barbee rock out with mike watt from minutemen (a sick hardcore punk band that was around before I was born).
Great show. Thanks to fuel I actually watch tv sometimes.
