gib g, trampling boarding Helps Greatly with Kick flips But wont improve or help ur shuvs, and carpet skating helps with pop ahd shuvs but not so much flip tricks

I was one dude training with an old Jobe 115 on a Bosu ball, its like a ab ball, but its flat on one side. Looks like it would be good for shuvs, k-flips and balance. What do you think?

yeah people at my school last year, like football players and stuff, would be like "dude you should weight train with us it would help your riding so much" and i was just like "or i could spend that weight training time actually wakeskating..."
