so for about a month now i have been ridding one of my bi levels... the one i ride now is a 41 but it seems pretty heavy and is difficult to rotate but i absolutely love the pop and that "skateboardy" feel but i was wantin to know if i would notice a difference if i started to ride my 40? like would it rotate quicker?
