Hokay, I skate left foot forward, and wakeskate right foot...
My brain problem is I can only do switch flips, but rotate maybe one in ten because my switch ollie is pathetic...
Any tips on anything? Just can't get my brain about it. I've read a million walkthoughs of the trick but whatever...

well, you said in your other post that you have only been riding for 3 weeks, so i would hold off on kickflips. learn 3 shuvs and bigspins first. you shouldnt try to rush things and skip steps. but thats my opinion

I agree. I'm a big fan of baby steps, and putting small pieces of the puzzle together to prepare for "the bigger picture" (and that kind of board control will also help with style and versatility). however, there are also people who want to learn what's fun for them..and if they're having fun, it's hard to knock that.

but since you do sound inconsistent, I would take a step back and work on that switch ollie a bit more. peace

I am kind of the same as you Ctipping. I ride regular and cant kickflip regular. On the trampoline I can switch flip every single time but on the water my switch ollie is terrible. The funny thing is I dont skateboard goofy

Ctipping, never listen to esnow, she knows too much and she was placed on this site as a spy for an alien wakeskate culture from a galaxy far far away. my advice is:

get as wasted as possible and blame your lack off switch ollie prowless of the 40oz you just beer bonged

Ctipping, don't listen to those who would hold you back. You should go right to the switch nollie heelflip off the double up.

i landed a swithch nollie heel flip off the triple up this weekend but my camera is in a friends car and the batteries are dead and i dont know how to load video and plus the video is kind of blury and far away. but you should have seen me throw the handle when i landed it.........wheeeewwww.

on another note......... ctippy when youre doing you switch ollies practicing. Try to get a good yank on the rope when youre poping your back foot to start the ollie. its been working for me. it kind of gets youre timing a bit better. and gets you more over your board. doing this will get you over top of your board and in a position to start learning kflips. i found when riding switch my arm was always out all the way cause your not used to it. oh yeah and remember to remind your self your nt riding backwards.... your riding switch. that helps too.

if none of this makes any sense, then just keep doing what makes the chicks go crazy. then blame it on the driver.

my .02$
