Che, when did I say you made up the term manual for wakeskates? I'm saying if you want to use a specific name from skateboarding, it is worth knowing what it means, so that you know what you are talking about and don't make a fool of yourself. How many times does this one need to be repeated? And no, tail presses may have been originated in snowboarding, but wakeboarders use the term too, and it fits fine. This isn't even an argument anymore, so many points have been made (and repeated) about the illegitimacy of a manual without balancing on a point (namely wheels or fins if it was on a solid surface). If you want to keep being blissfully ignorant, that's fine. _________________

Wouldn't it be cool to see a 50-50 along a box. I mean there probably be impossible because the fins would support you but still it'd be llama! _________________ Llamas are better then Alpacas

You need fins for support... but I dont think we're talking about the same 50-50. _________________ Llamas are better then Alpacas

Fredrick, are you talking about a locked-in 50-50 along the edge? _________________

i never heard of a 50-50 called a truckstand but thats cool lol you guys crack me up, im scared to even come to this site its too violent, look man, wakeskating is about going out and having fun, lets keep it that way. you guys put too much drama in the sport. and its all the same people every time. GORE, what did you use as a top layer on that box to where you can slide good w/o hanging up your fins? _________________ <3 mmmm |

OH my F*cking GOD! This is the first time I've read this thread and I think my head it truely about to explode! It's incredibly frustrating to just read, I can't image how I'd feel if I had of gotten involved in the thick of it. I say go electricsnow, you're opinions are right on, like usual.
Manual...
ARRRGHH!!!

God this thread makes my head hurt. I'm going with electricsnow arguement.
Fredrick_Eisenhauer, about the 50-50 (truckstand), I'm pretty sure it'll be pretty tuff at 20mph.(I've only ever seen it from a still position on a skateboard) I think we'll be seeing a casper slide first. _________________ English Kris |
