pwc and boats on ebay

I've seen a couple boats on ebay that are crazy cheap, like $2900 for a 2004 mastercraft, anybody know what's going on. I'm sure this has to be a scam.

i ve seen some insane deals on craigslist.com ,or at least for my area. like a 2005 yamaha waverunner for 2200 bc the guy broke his back or some shizzle. just like crazy deals you gotta look out for.
