people say that the trampoline helps and some dont. i dont know what to believe. I can land shuvs, 3 shuvs, bigspins, kickflips, and varials consistantly on the tramp. Iv been wakeskating for about 2 1/2 months and i cant do any of the things on the water that i can do on the trampoline. the only thing iv landed on water was one shuv (flip trick wise) but have never been able to land it again i come close everytime to. i dont know what to do. im stickin to wakeskating cause its awesome but i was wondering what you guys had to say.

the new kid, with shuvs and all tricks land with your feet ack in your riding position. when i dont land shuvs its usually because my feet are too close together. also throw it in front of you. i trampboard a lot and i dont think it helps but its a whole lot of fun when i cant wakeskate. oh and also, youve only been riding 2 1/2 months. you are still probably getting used to riding. work on board control and ollies. then things will come easier

New kid, the trampoline will help you in the long run.

The only way to really get solid on the water is to allow yourself more water time. Learn the way of the fluid we ride and get to know how it works. When you figure out how to make the water and your board work together to make them do what it is you want them to, all is attainable.

wakemitch, i found that landing w/ your feet back in position really doesnt make that much of a difference when its comes to landing a trick...ive found that its more of how you have your weight positioned when you put your feet back on the board...but thats just my experience

lake weir ocala FL, ya and when your feet are closer together you are usually leaning forward or back ward more but with spred feet you can center your weight easier

wakesk8r9610, theres a difference between landing and riding...all i said was that i have found that its more of how you position your weight not your feet when you land...but shortly after you land you move your feet...so you question was not valid and completely not thought over

lake weir ocala FL, try and land a 3 shuv with your feet together and then tell us that foot position doesnt matter.... it matters that your weight isnt over the front edge of the deck, but if its farther back i can usually pull out a big layback ....so its more foot position in my books...
