it does a little. but we have two of them the first was a tolstoy that we rounded the edges on and we loved it the second was a nt and we left it factory and it rides just as good. the new one edges are sharper so it holds better on turns and edging. you probably just need more time to get use to it and you will be stompin before you know it.

slothboy420, is your nt significantly heavier than the tolsty? that board was real light, but it rode great.

I disagree. The new 06s are noticeably heavier and ride much better than the Tolstoy.

POWERFUL, Not sure if that was intended to be funny or what, but it really does nothing but hurt the reputation of a really good guy.

Liquid_Rider, i was the same exact way...i got my board and i couldnt land anything it was the most frustrated ive been wakeskating...so i took sum 35 grit sand paper and rounded the edges as much as i could and then went over it with some 250 grit sandpaper to smooth it out..now its the love of my life...and whoever said it weighs near the same as the 04 is completely wrong

i was also having a hard time when i got my first integ lemons but i thought hey if some of the guys or pros can do it..why can't i? so i never sanded it down and now i'm getting comfortable with it. got my first frontside shuv last weekend and was able to do an indy grab off a kicker where i was carrying the board already with my feet not on it. didn't land it but it was a great feeling. the weight is just right! i'll try to post the pic once i get it.
