deltarider500, It's my friend Jay Larsen. The top material of the box is azek trimboard 3/8" thick. We built the interior of the frames with 2x4's every 16 inches.. but to anyone thinking of building something like this you should also support the azek with plywood. Unfortunately Jay learned the hard way from a failed shuv up the ramp, his ass literally went through the azek before ejecting him into the water.. he has a fracture in his L2 vertabrae (sp?) so he's out for a little while

| NOTSOBUENO. you can get Azek trimboards in 4x8 sheets from lumber suppliers other than home depot and lowes. go onto their website to locate a dealer in your area.
