im not sure why..but my skate seems to be getting heavier, but i just got it about a week ago. could it already be getting waterlogged?

wkbrdnate, yes, it could be getting waterlogged. What kind of board is it?

it's liquid force concave 40...wood, and i dont ride with fins either could that contribute to the problem, because of the open screw holes?

Im not sure you could fix a waterlogged board
The water in there will soon make the wood moldy then it will be very weak (it happened to mine)

drop melted candle wax down the holes once the skate has dryed out
