A buddy of mine had a hampson bilevel but the bottom delamed bad so he just gave me the top deck. I have a 2005 41" flat cassette and was wondering if I could just use the same hardware and bolt the slightly bigger top deck onto the bottom and still have it work about right?

Also, Im not sure how heavy a bi usually is but when i pick up both decks together they seemed pretty weighty. Anyone have the weight of a 42"?

Thanks

A bi-level is a heavier deck, but when I rode one, I didn't feel like it affected me in a negative way. The energy generated between the two decks seems to help make up for that weight. If anything, that deck makes you commit to your trick.
