I've been thinking on this for a while.. when you are out riding and trying new tricks, are you like trying that trick all the time for like 10 tries? or are you more like doin a try once in a while in you ride? ive have always wondered how everybody's learning new tricks..

i'll try it a lot of times but instead of getting up and going for it right away, i do a few things first.

I usually do a couple ollies beforehand, just to get a feel for the speed and whatnot. I'll only try something new like 5 or 6 times though beacuse after that I start thinking about it too much and just get worse.

try it until its not fun to try anymore and then try it again later. i think persistancy is key though. the only way to learn a trick is to get out there and try over and over using the old fashioned trial and error method. tramps help a lot too though.

I try a few times to see If I can see the light, but if not I keep it fun with something else.

My mom is glad I wakeskate now because of my knees. My uncle who pulls me still doesn't understand the concept of wakeskating as a separate sport. "You don't need to bring that one we already have my old wakeskate on the boat." Smash

I dont really focus on one trick at a time, but maybe work on four or five new things... you know, mix it up a little. I want to try and keep of wide range of tricks going as I progess farther and farther
