i didn't mean to buy a countersink and do it, if i had checked this earlier i would've told you to just drill a hole then put the screw in it.
it looks like you're already done, but make sure those screws are super deep into your bottom piece of wood. i had mine almost sticking out of the bottom and they still pulled out over time. |

skimboarder, Dang yea, they are deep, and there are like bumps sticking out of the trex boards. I think its gonna work out though, the trex is so smooth its gonna be so sick!!
Just gotta find the right place to do it, and hammer that beach down like 5 feet in so its sturdy. |

gporter, what do you mean by bumps sticking out? just where you drilled out the holes around the edges? not the actual screws right? |

skimboarder, no screws didnt come out the other side, but they left bumps like showing that they made it that far. So they are in pretty deep. |

Alright guys today Frye came over and help me put this thing into the water and it was a success. We shreded it and it hit well, I even did an acid drop off of it. Frye landed a shuv off of it and I just did a few board slides, or attempted to. It is way fun though and I'm so stoked to have this in my backyard.
Here are some pics I just took:

gporter, i love the third pic the most
it really showcases the sticker on the paper label on the end of the wood and the jet ski turbulence in the water
sick rail though i wish i had one like that _________________ http://sarasota941.blogspot.com/ |
