try not to force it much at all, the smoother you make it the easier it is to land, i focus more on the fs shuv cus you dont have to flick the board much at all.

i donno, i learned fs flips first and tried hard flips flats one day and got it in a few tries, maybe thats better to do

i got those down pat now homes.... lol... it has been a looooonnnng time since this thread.... i got a toe fs flip, switch flip, heel io hardflip line not too long ago.....

all i do now is duck my front foot and have it in the middle of the board.... just take a gradual edge and really pop that fs shuv out in front of you and wwwwaaaaiiiiittttttt super long to flick it, like till the board is almost 90 and the flick from your foot spins it the rest of the way.... pushing it out in front of you is the hardest part......

just try jumping straight up and pushing straight down and make sure ur off ur edge.... just wait a litttle longer to flick that baby and you got it... hardest part is pushing it out in front of you.... and just skate better, lolol Laughing
