edit....

now look... dude ive got shizzle to say about this but im not gunna because paul at L13 is a good guy and jesse is a friend, so instead of getting them pissed at me all im gunna say is you better not be saying to much shizzle to me about stuff I ride when Ive rode a superstar and I can down on it if i wanted to....

and since your the only L13 whoe... if people on the site rip on them your out numbered

dont risk ruening the L13 name on this site before its even out haha

If you've just started wakeskating and are wondering if an Integrity is right... ask yourself "how long am I going to be doing this wakeskating thing? Do I want to have a deck for more than a couple seasons and have to make up an excuse to buy a new one because the one I have has lasted so dame long? Am I a sissy?"

Now there's a point system involved, but I want to keep things open ended here, so make up your own set of numbers for each question- and then add them all up and multiply that number by 5.46 and then table out all the GCFs, and find the median. The answer will jump out at you. And I like the Integrity decks.

Great formula, that is the same formula I used to decide which deck to ride Wink

I bought an Integrity in March of this year. I never wakeskated before, only wakeboarded. I haven't regretted for one second buying an Integ. I ride my Lemons almost everyday and haven't strapped since.

Good or bad stuff about L13 only make us a stronger company. We like to hear what is good and bad about our decks. More bad only makes us design and make a better board for next year. Which we have. We like wood because we are a true skate company. Wood has a bond that no other material can give to a rider. Just like a skateboard. It is a connection between the rider and what every they are riding on being water, wood etc. yes, yes - Wood does not last for every, nor does a anything else. Its about the feeling of wood that we at L13 love. Not to say the we will not make a comp board. It is just something that L13 has to grow with.

Vince is a great guy and a good rider. So is Evan. So lets show some loven guys.:)

Everyone has an opinion about what they like and why. This is what makes us human. If you are choosing a board to ride, please make sure you get to demo the deck before buying it. This is why Demo days are sooooo important. Keep in mind as your skill level gets better you will find your opinion will change and your style will also change.

Anyways - I just thought I should let people know that L13 is about making a better product and we do value your opinion.

Thanks and keep on riding.

aren't they made of a closed cell foam? I think they are...

as for their "flotation", Edge shape seems to be the main determining factor (at this point) when it comes to how a board will sit in the water while on plane at 23 miles per hour.

Yes, closed cell everything... thanks...

Electric do you actually ride a wakeskate at 23 mph... ?

also edge shape is a proven factor in how a board sits in the water...
It's not some scientific mystery yet to be discovered.

I'm glad you pointed that out Nick. That is a bold statement. We used wood in 99'... wood and water don't mix!

lets not start this wood vs compresion thing. I used to swear by integs style of boards but now ive really been digging the wood feal. I think that people who cant see a place in this sport for both types need to kill themselves.

Integrity... Great deck, real construction and a great person behind them who actually knows whats up. Cant say anything bad about them...

And Schmaltz, is exactly right about the rail shape, it plays a key element as to how a deck will ride in the water no matter what it is made of.

As for certain Canadian companies... Not the brightest group of people in the world. When you call someone to try to snoop out info about someone else's product you should try to not ask such direct questions then leave your company name and number. Very Happy
