Greg T, Different departments...
The Braata was the first shoe that I personally had a hand in the design process from the beginning to end. It was originally going to be "lifestyle" shoe, (influenced everywhere from boat shoes to slip-ons) and not a "performance" shoe, but now that I have them I won't skate in anything else...

I think the only bad thing about my braatas is that when im winching i get a bunch of rocks inside them, and the shoelaces that come with them untie real easily, other than that there the best wakeskating shoe ever! _________________ Sandbox |

Gnarly Dancer 42, wow. thats crazy....yeah 6.5 for sure then......man that sounds small hahahah
so you wear 11's in the oncore, mavrk or mogan? and would wear a 9.5 or 10 comfortably in the braatas? _________________ skate or die |

my roommate is going to be sitting next to the founder of nike next week when his uncle gets inducted to the ncaa hall of fame. if it were me i'd ask him if he would start making some shoes here. you'd have more control of variation in sizes b/c 5 year olds wouldn't be making our 80$ shoes. i'd rather pay 110$ and have them made here. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. it's not just shoes that are a problem. the sizing in denim is probably even more inconsistent. My mom was buying some nicer denim and the lady said you have to try on some ungodly number of pants before you find a pair that truly fit (I think the number was 50 or something).
So...yeah. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |
