ok, so heres what im thinking, theres some super boyont (SP) foam that i can get, i wanna cut it into strips, i dont know how wide, but any way, iwanna but the strips end to end, and create a wooden housing to hold it all together then either cover it with PVC pipes on top, or a trex like material, the question is, how wide should i make it, should i use trex stuff or PVC and if i use PVC what size would be good, any other advice is good too
time to bust out the ol' tools

the stuff that i found works the best is a kind of hard plastic called lexan, too me it looks exactly like the stuff they use on boxes and it works great, also try asking a sign company if they have any scrap sheets thats how i got mine. good luck. _________________ Love Life |
