Red Bull built a huge rail in Hidden Valley New Zealand and then invited some of the top professional wakeskaters out for a week of documenting them riding on the contraption.

i liek the fact how you have to actaully ollie up to the rail there, not like in asterisk where it was like 2 inches higher then the water and you were basically ollieing down. Stuff like this is going to take the place of flat rails, handrails and hubbas are the shizzle in skateboarding, and soon wakeskating will follow this too. i just hope it doesnt become to much like skatebarding, where all you see is handrails in videos and no flat rails or ledges anymore |

Yeah just a little bit, they brought in a f-ing crane to put that thing in the water. Plus it doesn't look cheap at all....no expenses spared.

I went to new zealand a few years back and went to some glow worm caves too. Fun place to go for sure. |

It's a really weird little thing that got set up. All these guys got flown down by Red Bull, a box and everything was set-up and the only people there were the riders and the filmers. No-one else knew about it. _________________
