Anybody built any pool gaps? What do you use for the big plastic liner?
I've become obsessed with looking for pool gaps.

umm u know the stuff they use for flower beds or under mulch? that OR whatd be BEST Very Happy

is the stuff they put under the rock when ur building a pond for your backyard, it keeps several hundred gallons of water in against sharp objects, so thatd be best. go to like a home depot or sumthin. hope that helps bro.

justa quick comment, ive never built a gap b4, i just saw the pond thing on a do it urself show.

Hype640, thanks bro I will go to the depot. I guess you stake down a frame, lay the plastic and fill.

That's probably it huh? Or to find a nice low spot in the ground too. I don't know; but I might as well plan on putting a rail on option.

yeah build a frame thats about a foot or more tall as big as you can. 20ft is about the minimum lagnth to be comfortable and then go get giant sheets og plastic material that people used for home ponds and lay it down and fill. youll also need to keep water flowing into it because alot slpashes out.

here is a pool we built, we used black pond liner visqueen, tough stuff, and anchored it to the outside wood w/ a staple gun

we made a pool gap. we made a rectangle out of 4 by 4s and put dirt on top of the 4 by 4s and put a tarpolian liner in it. We didn't have a rail but we made another pool and had like a gap. It was fun. I wish I had pics but didnt have a camra at the time.

dude on free 4 all , the freakin uhaul, holy shiznackle. for those who dont know, they parked a uhaul on a peninsula and made to rails on on each side and put a pool on top of the uhaul, and a reail exiting into thew other peninsukla side.
