hate to say i told you guys so, but remember when i posted back in august about george and how he was gonna rider for hyperlite, well guess what i was paging through the new wbm and saw that him and aaron rathy are the newest editions to the team, peace! nand by the way who is aaron rathy?

gorath112, Im really good friends with Aaron Rathey... we hung out alot this summer... he used to be a skier like a really good trick skier at that and he won world titles etc.... hes only 16, he rode for HO

and he stoped skiing this Febuary and started wakeboarding and he went from starting in febuary to going down to worlds in orlando and winning JR.mens and bet pro tour jr. mens winner Kevin Henshaw... he also won Nationals in rail and open mens... this kid is amazing and is a good wakeskater too...

he lives in Nanimo BC which is on Vancouver Island... rathey also rides for Oakley...

HL is gay

its a shame that some one like george who rode for a legit co... had to go somewhere else for money. i know its easy for me to say that cause im not in that situation but damn it would be nice if he would have had some loyalty to the co... that hooked him up in the first place (i know i dont know the whole story before you all jump all over my a$$)

george problaly made a smart move, if it's about money. i'd take that bigger check with hl. if he isnt making enough money then he would have to get a job that would bring in some kind of income and that would cut back in his wakeskating time. i work 55 hours a week plus school, so there really isnt much time for me to wakeskate anymore, but if i had a chance like him i would take it. whoever offered me a bigger check to pay my bills i would go there too. i see many of these kids on here ripping on people about go to different places for money.. wtf. when you move out on your own and cant afford to go out at night or do anything you will learn. money is something that everyone needs. frozen pizzas get old quick....

funnyfeni, very few wakeskaters actually have full sponsorship meaning a paycheck like and employee, and I personally don't think any wakeskater on hyperlite besides Byerly and Grubb is at that level, and Byerly is a wakeboarder too.
PIRATE, you really don't know the whole story on that and should really avoid comments like that, seeing as George used to be a active member of this site, so more than likely he still comes here he just doesn't post, obviously Hype isn't quite as evil an empire as you think, look at the people that ride for them, and how long they stay there.

G-squadriderz, Kampus is defintely going to have a good product for 05 they really stepped things up with your shoes... and there team wasn't leaving left and right, only two guys left, they left for more money... aka going to LF and Hype Frye, They have Clint Tompkins, Steve Wahlman, Leif Errkila, John Rauk (local ODUB rider) and about 5 other lower level sponsorship riders including me... G-squadriderz, I ride for them....

oh and ryan doyle. basically from what i hear kampus is messed up and they treat their riders like crap. george got nothing from Kampus for getting the cover of WBM. THE COVER!! that's what i heard at least.
