Yes he's a pro, but the pros don't post on this site... They hire a team of publicists to handle this and their social media presence as well. Similar to how celebrities have people running their twitters sometimes bc they don't have enough time to respond to everyone. Before he went pro he was known as Che blanc... But I think the publicist thought it would be better to change his name to something people could pronounce.

Hey everyone, my name is Cody & I've been working for Mr. Taylor since 2007...

For my audition, he asked me to type up a corny, semi-intelligent joke that had at least 4 sets of ellipses & at least 12 commas... I gave him 9 ellipses, 21 commas, & a pun worthy of a double facepalm. He hired me on the spot... I don't get to spend very much downtime with him, but every time I post one of his instagrams, answer fan messages, or transcribe one of his politically-charged rants onto Facebook for him, I like to think I know him pretty well... I'm debating whether or not I should remind him that his birthday is coming up, because every year when I do remind him, it seems like I'm throwing a wrench into his travel plans & I can visibly see one of his blonde hairs turn dark brown...

It's been great being part of this website for the last 6 years, I can assure you Mr. Taylor has asked how many of you are doing over that time. One time, two summers ago, I even caught him posting on here himself... Mr. Taylor's contributions account for 2.57% of the current posts, but in the beginning of my tenure as his publicist, we reached an unprecedented 8.36%... Those were the days.

POPTART, I'm not sure where you found that picture of Mr. Taylor at his computer from 1996, but we both better hope he doesn't find out it's been posted...

senza wake, I actually have a spare set of keys to everything Mr. Taylor has access to, including his mother's house on AMI (she's an awesome lady), all the Nike training facilities, the O'Neill surf house on Oahu, and back before the split-up, I even had a chance to see the Oakley Time Machine... According to Danny Hampson, only athletes that have been with Oakley for over 10 years are allowed to use it, althought use is heavily supervised and conducted with a very strict set of rules.

I have a PhD from WVU in Public Relations, but during my time there, I also majored in Philosophy, World History, Eidonomy, & Particle Physics. I have wakeskated occasionally over the past few years, but my work life is very separate from my personal life. While I've learned enough about wakeskating to keep up with Mr. Taylor's social media needs, I wouldn't consider myself part of "the scene"... I spend a lot of time arguing politics on Reddit, reading science journals, playing Skyrim, and I'm huge on clubbing. I've tried to get Mr. Taylor to come out to the bars a few times, but so far, no luck Laughing

So, as nice as it was introducing myself, let's all go ahead & pretend I never told you who I am, and we can go back to this being "nick"s representative account Wink
