kampus question

i was looking at the kampus site and they have 2 graphics for the 04.One is red and one is white. both it says k 39 04

then evogear has the white skate and says its an 03

did they have the same graphic or is their a misprint. Did they make a difference in 03,04 ,05 or should i get the cheapest? thanks

and another question i have the swing now(first skate) and i had it since about june or july.I progressed fairly fast for the first 4 months or so,(fs bigspin 3 shov, several lip shovit tricks).Should i get a 05 swing since i progressed fairly fast on it? I cant demo since i live in AL. or should i try the k 39 .ive heard alot of good things about it .

i know that most people dont like the swing and i know everyone who has the k39 loves it, but if i were to get a k series i would get the 41

i dont know what to get k 39 ,k41 or swing 41?does kampus have just plain grip tape on their boards mine had the sand grip it sucked bad. i just grip taped it.does it come w/ grip tape? can you bur them blank and grip them yourself?

The silver w/ red is their 03 model. Also ben ray to your question it depends on the board. I know the K39 comes with foam. I'm sure if you email kampus they will be able to hook you up with a blank one.

i have a swing and i dont like it becuase i cant boardslide well on it becuase of the channel....i wouldnt get another swing. The new swings come with normal grip, they got rid of that crap.

I have the 03 K39 and I really wouldnt recomend it. I only paid 50 for it, but now that I have my 04 LF concave I havent ridden the K39 at all. I just think its harder to progress on than other boards. I know some will disagree, but I felt it was holding me back. Personally I needed the concave and stability that the K series lacked. If you do opt for the K series though definitely get the 41 b/c the 39 is too small.

I dis agree completely, the K-39 is just fine, and Im 6'1" 225lbs, w/size 13 feet.

ben ray, if the swing works for you stick with it unless you can demo. The truth is everybody has there own preference, and since you can't demo, but you have progressed well on the swing I say stick with it, it's all about what you like not what these people like. However if the opportunity to demo some stuff, demo everything you can get your hands on, the more you ride the more you know what you want from a board.

kento911, tru about everyone with their own pref but honestly im 6' and size 11 shoe and after riding bigger boards i really would go with the 41, its not gna be to much diff in spinning but when u land it sure will be!

SWBTSU, my roomate kirby(college nats winner) has a k39 and has progressed on that just as much or more than any board he has had, i kno u said others may disagree but honestly try ur k39 out for a few rides again, its a very consistant board and very popable, i had to ride his for a week when i broke my liberation and at first i was like holy crap how can u ride this, after a few i totaly loved it! but i would go with the 41!

ben ray, if you already have a swing then buy the k39 why would you want two of the same thing....

Nick Taylor, are you retarted if he already has the swing then he should buy the k39. Why would he want two of the same skate when he could have two different models.. And if your talking about the swing being different the changes are probably so miniscule you wouldnt even notice

seven11dmd, you need to suck it up the channel is best for poping huge inside out tricks just angle your feet so you dont get caught on the lip the only thing that the channel gets in the way of is rails.
