I'm trying to get front bigs and it's just not clicking. I know the 180 and shuv have to be done at the same time, but I either try to shuv and the board usually flies out away from me or I focus on the 180 and the board just sticks to my feet or barely spins. I've been thinking that I might have to try to lift my knees up more when I pop the 180 so the board can spin freely. I don't know. What do you guys do? _________________ Hang Loose Bro!

keep your shoulders square and pop it once you are leveled out, make sure you are not on edge. concentrate on just making it spin underneath you, if you are on edge and pop it it will go that direction. |

maybe try and move your back foot so that your heel is hanging over your heelside egde a bit to get more leverage to throw the front 3.
when you hit the wake..(i/o) absorb the pop by bending your knees and really focus on spinning the board...not to far out into the flats but in front of you towards the boat..lead yourself...land head over toes, weight on your switch back foot....outsretch your switch hand for balance.....point at the boat _________________ dbanana wrote:

the way i do them is to level out and as i do that i pop it abit more than a 180 . i push my back foot in a foward motion (like scooping it out the water) into the water and land with my feet apart for level and comfortable landing _________________ from the water we were born to the water some of us shall return |
