im debating drilling a remote and trying to mount some of those anchor eyelits on the board but idk if I should drill all the way through or just screw them into the base...

anyone nugged one of those thick bastards yet?

my hooker doesnt have predrilled holes. just a spot for where you would drill them

I haven't done either.. But I'd say drill all the way thru. They will be taking some really hard hits from all angles, I think wood screws could rip out.

ya and if they do rip out, it could splinter the wood and you'd have a worse problem on your hands.

POPTART, the thing you could do is get screw-in threads, pre-drill the board and then glue the threads into the board (still screw 'em in but use some epoxy to seal off the holes/wood. you should have a very strong and durable interface for your nugs then.
