At 6'8" a 43" or 44" would be the way to go. He needs room for a wider stance. And im sure he can spin a 44" as well as a 5'8" guy could spin a 40".

Original, New, Sprocket America, and Virtue all make custom skates.

well put. my bad Confused it would be cool if they put together a team, there are plenty of good riders out there (not me..) and their decks look amazing

I do not think New has an organized team either, but that's not the only way to support riders. Just talk to John, if you're a rider he will be more than willing to help you out with anything he can.

TKWakeskator, I've got a cousin who right about the same build as you. 6'8 265lbs and a size 16. He never really took wakeskating serious, just loved having fun on it. Crushing around and Getting ejected off the wake, but the only size he could really ride was a 44. Only thing he could really keep his balance with along without having heel/toe drag.

I'm 6'2 190-200 lbs (Jesus I need to get in shape) with a size 13 and I started on a 44 and now I feel most comfortable on a 38/39.
