Translation anyone?

I know this is a long shot...but I figured I would ask seeing as to how I don't know what else to do. I figured it couldn't hurt.

I got a snowboarding coat a couple years back and this was in one of the zipped up pockets. It probably doesn't say anything too important, but I thought it would just be interesting to know.



The coat was made in Vietnam so I would assume that this is the same language that this was written in.

Anyone have any ideas?
