I have never ordered a board from integrity and have never dealt with Erich personally. You would know this if you had read my post where I clearly stated it. Thanks for the relevant and educated post. _________________ www.backyardrailpark.com |

rode my simplex today. waited for about 2 hours for some killer rain to go away and i had the river to myself with butter water. the board is alot of fun. it is definitely really quick into the wake and has a pretty gnarly pop. it holds it's edge with 0 problem and accelerates quick. the first few ollies were weird feeling but they feel really good now. it's easy to spin and my favorite part is the feel of it on the water. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. DD here- I'm sorry to hear about some of the dissatisfaction... We do our best to stay on top of things and get the highest quality product out to all of you as quickly as possible. Sometimes there are delays and we work our best to get around them. Regarding offering to ship the board right after a refund was requested- that was just interesting timing. I got the call to request a refund on the weekend, and boards were produced and finished the same weekend.... of course I offered to ship intead of refund, the order was ready. As Schmaltz said- no problem to refund, we want everyone on our product to be stoked... Thats the reason we do this. Thank you to all of our loyal customers for you support, patience, and understanding... We are going to continue to be here doing the best that we can as long as all of you are stoked to be riding Integritys....

Thanks DD, I did get the email confirmation of refund like you said I would... got it on Tuesday. The money has not been refunded to my Visa yet, but I assume that could take a few days to process and whatnot through the system. _________________ chance favors the prepared mind |

My Simplex shipped out a few days ago, and will be here on tuesday.
I checked the date of purchase and it was almost exactly a month from when I placed the order. This was my first order from Integrity, and I already knew from this forum and from friends that it was going to take at least this long. I contacted Derek a few times, once by phone and another by email and got very quick responses both times, which was nice.
IMO I think that they do try to work with everyone, and keep people happy, and seem to be doing a better job lately with the new customer service employee. However I can also understand how people get impatient and angry waiting for a skate and not always having a general idea when it might ship.
Also this forum is a great place to spread news/give updates on new products, but not everyone wants to come on here to get info, and not every customer from integrity wants to be a member of this site, which leaves them more in the dark.
There are definitely people on here who brown nose and act like anyone who has a complaint against them is a kook. They act like they're party of the company, or think that someone who has a complaint is always in the wrong and that this company is perfect.
From what I know, Integrity is still a small but growing business. Every business has customer service problems, and no business is perfect. People have a right to be upset when they feel they're not being taken care of. At the same time, alot of people have no problems.
The fact is that it is impossible to make every individual happy all the time.
I bought this board knowing there would be a wait, but that it is worth it. Wakeskating is still such a small sport, and IMO would not have progressed this far without Integrity. Homegrown companies like this are what make wakeskating so esoteric and separate it from the "wakeboard" attitude. The company owners are going to run the business how they see fit, and take our input (positive/negative) along the way. Their future depends on how they listen, but not on how people attack others about whether they should be happy or not. _________________ El Tiburón Rojo |

i came so close to landing 2 k-flips today. i have not been doing them at all pretty much all summer and the way they flip is amazing. i mobbed my attempts on my legacy and i flick the few i've tried on this board. maybe it's bc i've been thinking about flicking but even the feel of the board when i flick it is amazing. landed feet on caught but slipped out the back today. simplex 40 FTW _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. had to bump this thread up
took my 40.23 simplex out today, I am very happy
the weight of this board is what does it for me, every other integ is too light for me, except the TNT, but its too short.
stuck one of the biggest 3 shuvs ever, this board has a ton of pop.
I hope something like this comes out in the 2010 line _________________ El Tiburón Rojo |

mojo, maybe they're having a difficult time keeping up with demand. I know ed would like to carry integrity but it all takes time.
And I'm sure everyone on here is very impressed with your education in the world of business, since you always make it a point to criticize integrity's methods. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

im entitled to my opinions, just as all of you, and integrity is entitled. and no shops wouldn't charge that much b/c it doesnt cost integ that much to make them, plus they would be getting larger orders which means more $ which means more ability to hire workers and or get better credit terms with resource suppliers. i love their boards, just not anything else. i'm sorry i don't deep throat integ like most _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be.
