middo0908, don't worry about the 10 members on here that have nothing better to do than start crap on the internet. I read these forums for like 6 months before I even made an account. And even after that, I asked A LOT of questions. But I also learned a lot and got to know who NOT to waste my time on. If you are trying to learn about wakeskating, this is the place. Just accept the fact, some people are douche nuggets that enjoy flexing in the mirror every time they E-Burn newbs on a wakeskating forum.

Of course I like it on here and I've met some great people, but I also don't think that patience is a bad thing (I suppose patience can go both ways). How many users are on an automotive forum (or wherever else) compared to wakeskating.com? Generally at any given time I see about 30 people on here and not all of those people are registered users. The community on here (and wakeskating in general) is a lot smaller. I guess the point is if you really don't want to answer a newbie question, don't...I think it sucks to scare off new people who could potentially be turned on to the site, wakeskating, or whatever.

Searching on here can be a good thing and if you tried you could stumble upon some cool stuff, but I also think you kind of need to know what you're looking for because even I can get pretty frustrated with the search function.
