One of my bros got it from slamming on a hand rai skatinl, one of his boyz swelled up to the size of a grapefruit. Why just one I don't know. Don't know if it caused long term damage but he has since been gay. Just joking about the relationship to the racking and his gayness, but not his actual gay-hood, haha. feelnjstfine, its called a hydrocele lol not elephantiasis and it wont cause long term damage if he gets is drained but it will be the size of a grapefruit until he gets it fixed. If he doesn't get it fixed, he also risks a high possibility of testicular cancer
