SleuCrew, I still love my Omen. I think that the durasurf makes it real slick on the water. Bare wood seems to drag a lot more. For me, less drag=BIGGER FASTER HARDER Very Happy

Well, no more DuraSurf bottm, but the sidewalls? still there?

I design my wakeskates on Rhino too, but i'm learning SolidWorks, it's killing me, a complete different modeling logic... but it makes alot more sense.

dudufigueiredo, You are correct the tip and tail are much wider, about 1.25 wider than the Omen stuff was. The first version of this deck will be a 40.75 and there will be a larger version of it to follow at 41.75 I know kinda odd sizes =) SolidWorks has pissed me off more than I care to talk about the past few days. Sidewalls are still there, I'll always use a sandwich construction until I can come up with something better. As far as sidewall material I'm trying out a few different things so I'm not sure on the exact production material yet, we'll just have to see what works best.

OTT Productions, 4:00am everyday... It pretty much sucks ass. I think they are going to change my hours to 6-2:30 though so that will be nice. I'll be down towards the end of the week or this weekend. Board burning is sooo last year. Lets go butter slide a hyperlite Laughing

ridehatzic, I actually just found that out from a friend... what's done is done, if I didn't have the website in the works and everything else I probably would change the name. But Arson Mfg. is registered in the US to me so I guess they can keep it in Canada.
