water will get inside them so unless the inside is waterproof material then...
and you dont really want something water resistent, more so easily drainable(unless you like heavy shoes) _________________ Team Dream Sleds

It says the leather upper is waterproof. Does that mean the rest is? |

the new zered bassett model by DVS seems like it could work--it's got mesh sidepanneling that's "protected by a webbed overmolding." _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

"Water resistant Wolverine leather upper."
The whole shoe is not water resistant, and you can honestly ride in whatever you feel comfortable in, vans slip ons, walmart brand grampa's walking shoes with the double velcro straps (gray of course), your mothers high heels if you feel necessary, barefoot. I mean FTW it's w/e |

bmr712, I think those are designed with snowskating in mind more then wakeskating. I bet they would actually hold the water in after you fall. |

No wake friendly shoes for spring, maybe late summer with back to school for dvs. Honestly tho, it doesn't really matter if the shoe is mesh or not. Just buy a lighter shoe that isn't covered in crap. Just a good low profile shoe, and it will dry no problem. _________________ oh great now i have ink all over the screen |
