honestly there are about 5 other topics already on v-flips, just look at them. People get tired of saying the same thing in a different threads....

On Volume 6 Manzari basically teaches a 3 flip as an I/O so I assume this is the easiest way to learn which would most likely hold tru for a Vflip.

it is all preference, i generally think if you start learning in the flats, it carries over better because you have to let off your edge and flatten off. like matt said in the video, its key to flatten off esp in out because its not how far you go out, its how high you pop up. thats just me though
