at this point, the kid has stole my $$. I haven't heard from the seller and most likely I wont.

When you put an item up for auction, the seller is willing to take the value the highest bidder will pay. As a seller you take a chance on the final sale price, sometimes it goes high, sometimes the final value is lower than the sellers assesed value. These are the breaks.

I took a chance on a crappy, suspect listing. I have been smart enough to avoid these listings in the past and should have let someone else get ripped off by this seller.

my advice is to go through the ebay mediating system, or whatever it's called. check around on ebay for it, but you go there and try to work it out with the seller. I think that helps when it comes to refunds...but that's what I had to do when someone didn't ship my 04 reed a couple of years ago. Evil or Very Mad

I got them kicked off of ebay. Birthday
