Gregeo, I am in Wilson, which is a pretty good drive for you, but we do hit up Belews a little in the winter, so we might have to meet up there sometime. OR if you want to make the trip here, you are welcome anytime.
board2much, do you ride behind a PWC in G-Vegas? I was down there a few weeks ago in a black/white X-Star and saw some guys riding behind a PWC. Only other wakeskaters I have ever seen there. We may head down there again on Sunday. We normally ride the Tar in Rocky Mt, but we gave y'all all of our water, now we are empty. Also let me know when you move to the beach. I am always looking for a ride down there.
Raven, I love the insta-homey comment. I know exactly what ya mean !!! _________________ Sattelyte Wakeskates

i think greenville is probably the furthest west you would want to ride the Tar.
Cary K., yeah, i think i remember yall. we were riding behind a pwc there. i've seen maybe 2-3 similar boats to that, but only one with a wakeskater. i am heading to the outer banks this weekend for some surf, but will probably be riding some time next week/weekend. is the tar where you normally go out at? _________________ skim it, skate it, slash it, bash it...ride hard. |

board2much, we ride in the Tar reservoir in Rocky Mount 3-4 days a week (before the drought). But I still go to Greenville and ride a little bit. I have alot of friends that ride there though. I have even taken most of the Sattelyte crew down there the last time they were here.
We'll have to get together and ride pretty soon. I also should have my new '08 Sattelyte this weekend if you want to demo one. _________________ Sattelyte Wakeskates

that would be sick, but i've got to head to the outer banks to take care of my parents dog while they're out of town
i would love to try one of the sattelytes sometime, they look like sick boards. all i've had to ride is an '04 116 Grubb. the thing's a beast.
we were talking about trying to set up some kind of a rail about 1/2 mile down from port terminal. there's a perfect setup- a little beach that sticks out in between two bends, so it's fairly deep before and after it. have you heard anything about setting up structures like that in the Tar? _________________ skim it, skate it, slash it, bash it...ride hard. |
