tahiti, doesn't that place have insane waves or something? i saw 3 surfing magazine and every one had tahiti on the cover

o... i doubt you guys have seen the movie Updog, but there is some place in alcapulco mexico... it had intense butter Crazy Eyes

Are these simply based on asthetics and close access to water? Or, do I need to take into consideration: success of the local economy, success of the currency, housing costs, social welfare programs, healthcare, tax rates, retirement issues, possible manditory military service, school systems, crime rates, housing markets, racist attitudes towards foreigners, etc…….????? Below are my picks still keeping all the above items in mind.
